The PACCOA / Hanna Consulting Leadership Excellence Series…..
Objectives:
- Create a ripple effect in the quality of members’ lives and the lives of their clients, supporting them to
reduce reoffending.
- Open members' minds to the possibilities of personal growth. You can be better.
- Develop and strengthen members' understanding of leadership and teach them how to hone the skills that support
leadership excellence.
- Assist members with practical frameworks that make behavioural change easy to achieve within themselves and
their clients.
We are delivering experiences, not lectures…….
I am pleased to present to you a new and exciting opportunity to join other PACCOA members in a new learning experience specifically designed for PACCOA members. Over the next 9 months, on the last Friday of each month, PACCOA in partnership with Peter Hanna Consulting are running a series of 1.5-hour sessions that explore You as a potential Leader in your work and personally in the community.
PACCOA presents 9 x FREE sessions, for you to explore and come away feeling more empowered and better equipped with what you can bring to your workplace and your personal life.
What to do!!!!!
Conditions of Registration:
- Must be a paying member of PACCOA or PPOANSW.
- Must be able to access the Zoom APP for every session on one device only (one person per device as some training sessions have breakout rooms that form part of a session).
- Each session is 1.5 hours, each month – a great investment in your personal/professional growth.
- This is a personal commitment and not necessarily a work-sanctioned training session.
- Be available for 9 sessions (run each month) where possible, as each is designed to flow into the other. However, as many sessions as possible are encouraged.
- Every session will run between 1pm and 2.30pm (EDST or EST whichever applies).
- Register for each session as they are advertised. Each month an email sent to Members will advertise the upcoming session being held.
- You are encouraged to attend, as the sessions are NOT being recorded. Someone else will miss out if you register and do not attend. We urge you to attend the sessions you book into.
- You are encouraged to complete a sessions feedback survey so we can tailor training for future training.
- If you attend more than 80% of the sessions (9 in total), you are issued a Certificate of Completion to add to your portfolio.

Once registered, an email will be sent from Hanna Consulting advising of your attendance.
